Cancellation and Deposit Policy

Valid Credit Card Please note that a valid credit card and photo ID must be presented upon arrival. If the registered guest does not have a credit card, Hamilton Lonsdale Motel require photo ID, full payment and a cash bond of $300 on arrival.

Security Deposit Policy

Deposits: At time of booking a one night’s deposit will be taken from your nominated credit card to guarantee your reservation. (Alternatively security deposit can be paid by way of cheque or EFT to NAB 082 811 A/c No. 137 368 586).

Hamilton Lonsdale Motel may request full room prepayment.

In the event of a cancellation or amendment, deposits are refundable during off peak periods, providing Hamilton Lonsdale Motel receives sufficient cancellation notification (refer to Cancellation policy).

Cancellation Policy

A deposit for your booking forms a contract, which Hamilton Lonsdale Motel will honour.

Off Peak – Standard cancellation notice of 48 hours prior to arrival is required, in order to avoid a no show charge of one full night’s tariff. When the required 48 hours notice is given, a $25 cancellation fee will apply and the balance of deposit will be refunded.

Peak Periods – Deposits are non-refundable and if the booking is cancelled or the guest leaves early then full payment will be required.

Refunds: Refunds are not provided if an occupant elects to vacate the room prior to the booked date of departure.
